From starting point to a structured flow
Start a new project
Select “New project” and then create from a template.
Select SAP Activate
Choose the relevant SAP Activate template for your S/4HANA project.
Enter project data
Enter the project name, start date and planned go-live as key milestones.
Tailor the template
Remove activities that are not needed and add project-specific work packages.
