CUTO Project
Understand project billing
Only activated project access is billed. Personal Professional subscriptions and project participation remain separate.
Create the project
The Project Owner creates the project context and decides who should participate.
Activate people
A natural person counts once per project, even when they hold multiple roles.
Bill by day
Activation and deactivation are prorated within the month. Parallel projects are counted separately.
Pending or declined invitations, deactivated people and purely technical accounts are not billed. Setup, migration, integrations, solution consulting, premium support and SLAs are not included in the standard price.

Can I use CUTO for free?
Yes. CUTO Free costs EUR 0 and includes free registration, the foundation learning path and the optional CUTO Foundation Credential.
How is Professional billed?
Professional costs EUR 9 net per named person per month and is billed annually at EUR 108 net. The subscription is personal, portable and non-transferable.
Do I need Professional for a customer project?
No. A customer may invite internal or external people directly. The Project Owner activates paid project access before active participation.
Who counts as an activated project member?
A natural person counts once per project as soon as paid project access is activated. Multiple roles in the same project are not charged more than once.
Is there a project minimum?
No. There is neither a recurring project base fee nor a minimum number of project members.
How are activation and deactivation billed?
Activation and deactivation are prorated by day. A later reactivation starts a new paid usage period.
What happens across parallel projects?
The same person is considered separately in each project. Within one project, they count only once regardless of the number of roles.
Are additional services included?
No. Setup, migration, integrations, solution consulting, premium support and SLAs are agreed separately when required. All prices are net plus applicable VAT, where applicable.
